7 days a week split shift 8am-11am and 4pm-7pm in Southington, CT
Client recently had a stroke, he is 94 y.o., but doing very well, but is VERY weak. Client is walking with walker about 20 ft, but is very unsteady, caregiver needs to be by his side at all times. Client's appetite is poor, needs assistance with all personal care, escort him to all meals and back to apartment, bring him to any activities he wants to go to, he loves to walk around the back courtyard. Client has a wife who is independent- (NO CARE FOR HER) requesting 7 days a week/7a-5:30p.
Client has Alzheimer's Disease-very forgetful, she is disoriented in the a.m, needs a lot of direction, personal care, dressing.7 days, 7a-11a.
Mrs. is on hospice-end stage Alzheimer's, bedbound, not eating or drinking much, needs to be turned every couple hours, has a foley catheter. Client lives with daughter who will be her primary caregiver and will have the caregiver to give her "time off". There are 3 birds and 2 rabbits, all
