Client walks with a walker, gets up 1-2 times a night to use bathroom. Client is very enjoyable, not a demanding person - per social worker. Client likes to have time alone and have her own space. Caregiver to cook meals, do laundry, grocery shopping, remind her to use her walker. Client has chronic arthritis, back pain, but loves to go out go grocery shopping and errands. Caregiver will have own bedroom, there is an old german shepard who will bark initially, friendly. 2 indoor cats. DL requested, client does have a car for caregiver to use.
Client is currently at Healthcare Center, she fell and fractured her hip 8 weeks ago. Her mobility is poor, balance poor, needs assistance in and out of the chair, someone needs to be by her side AT ALL TIMES. She is a high fall risk, poor safety awareness and sleeps a lot. Client is incontinent, daughter states her mom is sweet, but can be tough. NO pets, NO smokers, caregiver has private bedroom.
