96 year old female client needs a live in caregiver in North Branford in Assisted Living Facility. Client fell in December and fractured her neck. Client is mentally sharp, she walks with a walker, she has a bad left shoulder. Client attends knitting classes, she eats dinner meal in dining room, other meals prepared in her kitchen, laundry, change linens. Caregiver to have valid Drivers License and clean driving record, client has a car. There is a private bedroom for caregiver.
Looking for live-in 7 days caregiver for male client in Middletown. Client had a fall and fractured his hip a few months ago, is bedbound, is very fatigued from kidney disease and the dialysis. A hospital bed, bedside commode, and wheelchair will be delivered to the house from the hospital. DL and car would be helpful for errands and grocery shopping, but not necessary as wife does Peapod and also has step-daughters to help her with errands. Wife and social worker say he is a very nice gentleman.
Client is 98 years old. Needs assistance with personal care, wears diapers. Client is easy going, lives alone, he has diabetes, he can stand up to his walker and then to wheelchair, upper body strength is good. Caregiver will do grocery shopping. Caregiver will have separate bedroom.
Client walks with a walker, son states she is doing very well. Client had a mini stroke in May 2016, was put on hospice, but is doing extremely well. Client is supposed to be getting discharged mid-January. No pets, no smokers, requesting a DL, client has a car.

Client is 90 years old, walks with a walker, has poor balance, forgetful, very pleasant, wonderful, kind, fun loving woman. Caregiver to provide personal care, meals, initiate exercise, walk around their house property which is on the water. Client is not incontinent, but wears a pad as a preventative. Client is agreeable to care. Needs assistance getting from sitting to standing position. Client goes to church on Sundays, her friend takes her, but caregiver needs to come to assist getting in and out of the car.
Client has Alzheimer's, is a fall risk. Caregiver will assist with personal care, encourage client to use walker, they also have wheelchair. Caregiver will be eating with client in dining room and attending activities with her if she wants to go. Son states mom doesn't always want to go to activities, but would like her encouraged to go, she doesn't communicate much client tends to nap a lot, they would like her not to if possible. Client will eat, but caregiver needs to prompt her and cut food, etc.
Client walks with a walker, has a good sense of humor, LOVES bird watching, caregiver to prepare meals-NOT SPICY, personal care, medication reminders, laundry. There is a husband who still drives, does the grocery shopping. Please do his laundry, change linens.
