Looking for 4 days live-in replacement from Aug 7th to Aug 11th (12pm-12pm) for a female client who lives in the facility, to help her with personal care and to be a companion for her. Client has diabetes, uses a wheel chair, caregiver has to encourage her to exercise every day. Client is a pleasant women, likes to have some conversations and likes to play games.
Live-in replacement from July, 25 to July, 28. Client gets up early in the morning 4/5 am. and does not go back to sleep. Walks with a walker. Client goes to bed at 10pm and sleeps good and does not get up. Client is able to communicate very well. Client goes to the bathroom frequently and needs to be watched! Needs meal preparation, laundry.
Client's wife walks with a walker, recently fell, has dementia, needs personal care, toileting assistance (wears depends), meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, hard of hearing, takes a sedative at night for sleep (may wake 1-2 times) Caregiver's bedroom is upstairs, client's sleep downstairs, there will be a baby monitor. Clients enjoy home cooked food and are very Italian.
No driving involved. Breakfast/lunch/dinner. Low sodium. No known allergies. Walks with the walker. Client is able to communicate well his needs and wants. Needs assistance getting dressed but sometimes is able to do it himself. Caregiver gives the list to the sons wife and she gets the food for the caregiver every Sunday. No pets in the house. No smokers. Client likes to walk around the house and look out the window. If client goes outside he will go in the wheelchair. Leg rest on while in the wheelchair. There is also a wife in the house who may need a little assistance. Caregiver has own bedroom. Client has difficulty hearing has to talk loud. Client gets up 5-7.30am and goes to bed 9.30-10pm. Client sometimes gets up ones or twice at night. Wife is very nice and pleasant lady.

Client underwent bone marrow surgery and has very low immune system so caregiver needs to be very clean and wash hands frequently. Client is undergoing chemotherapy so she can get nauseous at times and weak. Client walks with the walker to the bathroom but uses commode at nights. Caregiver needs to assist with all transfers. When in bed help client to turn from side to side and adjust position every 2 hours. Medication reminders 4 times a day ( daughter prepares and sets up the meds ready on the kitchen table ) client has an oxygen on at all times. Client needs help with all personal care. Client communicates her needs and wants very well. Client has a wheelchair when going to doctors. Caregiver will cook all meals for the client. Daughter does weekly shopping and caregiver has to write down on the grocery list is something specific needs to be bought. Caregiver has her own room upstairs with own bathroom baby monitor is there to hear the client at night.
Replacement needed from July,27 to July,30.
Client lives alone was hospitalized from dehydration. Quiet man , heard of hearing, 87 years old. Walks with walker. Some housekeeping, meal prep make sure that he took meds. Client walks with a walker, needs personal care, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, MD appointments, meal preparation, medication reminders. Caregiver has own bedroom, client has a car, DL needed.
